Pros
Due to my job at British Educational center I had a chance to improve my abilities, communication skills, fixed my common mistakes that I was making previously. I got to know with lots of interesting people. Both of my colleagues and students were adequate people, it was always interesting to talk and share thoughts with them.
Cons
The company where I worked had pros more than cons. However, I will mention cons which are more significant. Due to my 4 years of experiences I had a vast variety of methods to improve students' skills, speaking, listening and etc. which help pupils to complete their term faster than it is predicted, but employers, as it's known, did not appreciate my hardworking and asked to prolong terms of study of students, which I couldn't not accept. I was always keen on working with dignity, honesty and responsibility, what I also expect from my employers.
