Payment could be better but it is still decent

The community at Briya is incredible. I have never met such kind, compassionate and curious people. They are very flexible when it comes to family emergencies, mental health days, and other issues that may impair what time you could come to work. The offices are nice and most are located fairly close to public transit (Metro stops and bus stops).

Benefits and community are great, but they don't pay my bills. I am performing above and beyond what an intermediate associate does, yet I do not see that reflected in my pay. I have asked for a salary increase twice and each time I was met with "we need to discuss budget before hand." this was a year a part.
