Cons

There's a lot of work to do. If you don't like wearing a lot of hats, this is not the place for you.

Relaxed work environment. Lots of responsibility and empowerment. No micromanagement, tight group of developers and support engineers; International customer base, cutting edge technology, excellent salary.

Cons

Not enough staff to handle the growing customer base.
