Pros
Co-workers. We are each other’s support system.
Cons
*CEO Mike O’Neil is completely out of touch with daily operations. Makes policies, without explanation, that are not in the best interest of employees. *Low salary. Most Nashville employees can’t afford to live in or close to Nashville. Average daily drive is 2-3 hours. *Low moral. I’ve worked for this company longer than the current CEO and I have never seen so many unhappy employees. People who have made careers here feel unheard and unappreciated. *Fear of randomly being fired without warning. *Absolutely no room for growth. Unless you are VP or higher, the position you start in will be the position you’ll remain in. *Upper management needs serious revamp. There is definitely a hierarchy here, them vs us.
