Pros
I liked the working environment as it is full of fun and not too formal and austere. The people working here are quite talented and there is a lot to learn with such people. It's good to work in such a start up when it comes to growth as, the company is good in giving opportunities. Office complex is good from the inside.
Cons
Salary is too low for everyone. Location is not good at all as it is near a village and inside residential area. Management makes promises which are not fulfilled. No reward and recognition at all, no matter how well you perform.
