I thought working at Broadcast2world was an amazing opportunity. I super loved the CEO Sunny Arora and the amazing team he has there. The leadership is outstanding, very organized and focused on customer value. They make great videos and all of my clients were delighted in the hard work everyone gave and also in the finished product.

There is nothing bad I can say about the company or leadership. I was so grateful for the opportunity and the things I learned while working there. I met great people.

good projects, good client management, good artists, work from home.

Bad internal management, top management are not from the creative field and is a family run business... Workload is too much for the salary given and they make you repeat work multiple times even if it is not requested by the client just because they don't like you. There is favouritism with employees. There is no job security... if they don't like you they will harass you and make you leave. They don't know how to get projects, they fire employees when there are less projects... there is no business plan in place which promises a continuos flow of work and employment. It is better to be a freelancer.
