Good for employees with fintech domain knowledge

Cons

No proper process and vendor employees treat broadridge employees like they are client and no respect Project delivery leads and architects ( from canada or US) don't listen process related isues for delays just comes with ad-hoc requests with today deadlines

The amount of admin work is insane. So much internal work that competes with marketing priorities.
