- Hybrid culture(2 days/week in office). - Decent work-life balance. - Good product-based company if you want to get stay permanently.
Cons
- A lot of Legacy applications with outdated frameworks although active migrations to newer tech-stack is happening in recent years. - Noticeably lesser compensation and appraisals as compared to other PBCs. - Lags behind in AI usage when compared to other companies. No access to AI tools like Claude, Cursor, etc.
