We work hard to provide associates with a competitive total compensation package, in addition to associate’s regular paid time off, qualified associates also receive up to three floating holidays and three paid volunteer days each year. Earlier this year, we began an effort to evolve our organization to better support our key client segments and growth opportunities by aligning leaders and their teams, better defining roles, increasing spans of control, and reducing organizational layers. We have had to make some difficult decisions along the way, but we are pleased with the opportunities that lay ahead for Broadridge and our associates.
