      Pros

      You get 3 days off a week. Most of the time

      Cons

      They tell you up front that every quarter there is overtime 1 week but fail to mention that mandatory overtime is in all honesty every month lasting 1 to 2 weeks. They hire you for one position and will put you in a department you were not even hired for. It's ridiculous.
