Pros

- Benefits were adequate. - Associates work together as a team. - High-paced environment - No 2 days have the same goals (not mundane)

Cons

- Lack of Sr. leadership and direction for all levels of associates and middle management. - Sr. Leadership doesn't walk the talk (Absolutely no leading by example). - Mandatory 12 hour shifts for the first 5-7 days each month regardless of weekends or holidays. - Lack of development of associates and middle management skill-sets. - Undervalue associates and politicking and backstabbing occurs only to benefit the leadership. - Leads associates and middle management to believe that there will be an opportunity to further you career year after year, without any movement or benefits to progress and development.

Pros

You can test tactics, fail, learn, and it's a great place to try new things.

Cons

The amount of admin work is insane. So much internal work that competes with marketing priorities.
