Discrimination and harassment by management and those favored by managers towards employees.Employees have been reporting harassment to HR for years, but HR does not investigate or take any action when employees report harassment and discrimination and the managers and supervisors just laugh about it. The average employee has no chance to be promoted, they promote family members and those who date their family and it doesn't matter that they don't know anything. The managers and supervisors are not educated and do not have people skills. The dress code applies to employees only, the supervisors come to work half naked. Upper management is not interested in what is going on at this location, neither is HR. There is no training, the supervisors don't know anything. Don't come anywhere near teleplus, they will treat you like a dirt and all you will leave as soon as you can with a mental breakdown. I do not approve of the ceo...she allows these people to do what they want and does not hold them accountable.
