Great People, made lifetime friends - Very grateful to have had the opportunity to learn, grow and show value being a part of what was really a great team of professionals for the most part. I knew the end was near since the revenue just never took the jump anticipated. We all worked really hard though. Good Luck to my X Brocade family where many will be looking for new jobs soon with the Broadcom acquisition around the corner.
Cons
After 10 years, 6 managers, You get 1 manager who ends your career. HR is NEVER on employee side. A manager can write you up just because they dont like you "Bad Attitude" and that will be the end to a career with so much work, dedication down the drain just like that. Its definitely been a life changing experience
