Pros
Great Management team, really refreshing after having worked at HP. Pragmatic, Growth driven, strategic, but focused at making the business work. Very Professional, Positive environment. Collaborative, but not consensus decision making. Lots of VERY bright people (Ex CISCO), who wanted a politics-free environment to innovate and be entrepreneurial in.
Cons
Very focused at being in SanJose. Not used to working in a multi-location business with Lync and teleconferencing. It's personal relationships and face to face meetings. Refreshing change from 24x7 Telecons, but some times I'd like to spend more time working from home ;-)
