Pros
The company is financially stable, and because you're doing 2-3 jobs, you probably have much better job security than in many other companies of silicon valley. In all fairness, some departments at Brocade are a joy to work for, I've seen many of my collegues in Manufacturing enjoy their work, have tremendous spirit and team work in place. As for marketing ,sales, IT it is really a lousy place.
Cons
Management is awful, stingy, political, manipluative, favoritism is the way to get ahead.I have a long career in high-tech, the level of unfairness that I felt at Brocade was my first, awful experience in corporate america.
