Pros
Good salary and benefits package that includes various options for medical, dental and vision after 60 days. They have a lot of work which is good and upper management doesn't micromanage the field unless the job is going poorly. I don't know about upper level, but they are good about not calling or emailing field staff after hours
Cons
They could not care any less about their people. Bad communication between precon, field, accounting and management. 8 weeks is not unusual to get a reimbursement check for out of pocket expenses. Very slow to pay their subs. They do pay eventually, but slowly. Because they have so much work, everyone is overwhelmed which forces people to spend all their time putting out fires instead of being proactive. PMs don't get any help from the office or management, not even admin or accounting help. Most employees have never even seen the owner of the company, even people who have been there for over a year. There is no sense of job security whatsoever and we have seen a lot of good people get terminated for things completely out of their control. I'm giving them 2 stars because the salary and benefits package are good, but otherwise it would be 1.
