      Pros

      The owners put their workers as number one! They make sure we are happy, have everything we need to succeed, and having a happy work force makes the customers happy, which makes the bosses happy! They also aren't shy about taking breaks from hard work to throw us cook outs, parties and big holiday events! They really understand how to get and keep good employees! From a business stand point, it's a family owned and operated company, so all decisions are made in house! No corporate entities to report to!

      Cons

      It can definitely be hard work! No one ever said pest control was pretty! But you'll find that with any company. And the compensation more than makes up for the work we put in

      Pros

      Incredibly friendly crew of people that all chip in to help each other, no matter what. It really sets this place apart from the 99,9% of the workforce. It is nice to know there are still employers who care about the work environment they create and people that come to work with a good attitude willing to work hard with a smile on their face. Great place to build my career. Benefits are also really excellent. I can see the owner doesn't just focus on the take home pay but wants us to have good health and look to our future retirement years too. Other employers don't worry about that kind of stuff.

      There really isn't a downside.

      Pros

      Willing to make changes quickly when needed.

      Cons

      Not accepting of constructive feedback. One owner feels they are a good leader...has no idea about what a leader is. Not willing to grow a person. Do or fail and be fired...there is no middle ground. People are disposable and they don't care UNLESS you are one of their pets. A cat has more pull than anyone in the office. Lead CSR let's cat eat out of her lunch. Lead CSR is unprofessional and incompetent in her role but has more pull than anyone but the cat.
