Pros

None unless you want to gain wait and inflect self harm

Cons

Everything … they don’t tell you about90 day probation before you can get commission. The owners are bullies and will make a personal attack on you. No breaks, just beating you down bc they can’t deal. Stacey and Peter are awful.

Pros

I have worked in the industry for some time now, and I have to say this is the most enjoyable experience I have had. Owner is great, management is great. I work remote and I still feel like part of the team. I love helping us grow. It's especially nice when you are encouraged and praised for your efforts. I would absolutely suggest working here.

Cons

Still starting up so we have had a few changes along the way...nothing bad, just adjustments to growth

Pros

A few people there do make pretty good commissions on the sales team. Free snacks in office Occasional employee events

Cons

The CEO’s strategy for compensation is to pay the bare minimum he can, even for great talent-but especially for female workers. Benefits are pricey for employees. It’s a 50/50 split for insurance-which is very much so on the high end of the spectrum. Hostile work environment: I’ve never been screamed at by executive leadership at any job before this. Major decisions were ruled by emotions here, people are fired without cause/warning regularly, turnover is high, I witnessed many times that inappropriate things were said/done regarding myself or other female coworkers. Management plays favorites, your job could be dependent on whether or not one of his favorites likes you. Affiliate marketing/lead generation is a shady industry. Some coworkers were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. You’re expected to be blindly loyal and place a lot of “trust” in this company, meanwhile leadership gets together weekly to make fun of employees and complain behind closed doors about everyone’s performance (typically not addressing issues head on). It wasn’t uncommon for people to be blindsided with terminations.
