      Pros

      Great place to work, 1. Great flexibility on the hours we work , with balance between work and home 2. Senior Leaders really listen to colleagues which is great 3. Lots of colleagues have been with Bromford for many years as it has grown in size and success, this really struck me as a great measure of how an organisation looks after colleagues, plenty of people I have met in my first 6 months have progressed within Bromford, I haven't seen this done so well in other organizations and is great to see here at Bromford.

      I truly don't have any! :)

      Many congratulations on passing your probation, time certainly does fly when you're having fun! Thank you for highlighting what you have about some of our long-standing colleagues, it is great to be able to invest in people and watch them develop and move around the business - some have gone into those leadership roles which you mention.       Pros

      In general the people who work here are great and help each other and want to make a difference. The aims of the organisation sound great and draw you in to feel like you can be yourself and have your say, the reality is very different.

      Cons

      In customer experience the senior leadership is top down, restrictive and bullying. When issues and concerns are raised even from within leadership roles these are swept under the carpet. If you question decisions or aren't a yes person you are described as negative even if you do this in a constructive way. There is also a sense of you get roles if your face fits

      Team members, the overall philosophy as a social enterprise, genuinely wants to help unlock customers potential

      Cons

      Turn over of colleagues within the team, lack of stability, not allowed autonomy, too much oversight, lack of trust to do your job

Lots of what you raise point towards the fact there has been so much change at Bromford - which can feel uncomfortable and unsettling for colleagues.
