A small army of great people doing their best, against a tide of incompetence and arrogance. Fantastic customers, who deserve better

A bullying culture being nurtured and encouraged from the top of Customer Experience, of all areas. If you have an unhappy team, this is passed on to customers. Colleague engagement at an all time low, customer advocacy crashing through the floor. Performance has never been worse, and moral is in a dangerous state. What was a fantastic place to work, is now nothing more than a toxic environment, with a constant flow of resignations by experienced , valued employees.
