The people you meet along the way can be great. Met some really great coworkers along the way. Unfortunately the great people you meet don't last long and eventually leave or the company let's go.

Corporate is very bad at communication despite being the number one complaint from employees. Corporate is also very cold in general towards employees. They have a phrase "One Bron" but it's further from the truth. Corporate is always keeping secrets that you eventually find out later, that has no point to even being a secret to begin with. There is a big turnover rate ever since they were bought out by Rotunda. The company changed fast ever since the buy out. The company was almost the complete opposite and a great work place before Rotunda.
