Exposure to clients and proposal development work. Felllow junior staff are friendly and all around the same age.
Cons
Where do I even start. The company's management starting from its ceo to directors are the worst. The management treats it's consultants as highly expendable assets and sometimes a liabilty. No training whatsoever provided with expectations to perform. Expected to work extremely long hours and weekends with little to no recognition. Glad to be working for a real cpa firm now.
