Pros

Provides opportunities for several interns each year -- probably because it is cheap labor.

Cons

Bronner Group obtains the vast majority of its work through its Minority and Women-Owned Business (M/WBE) Certification. Yet it refuses to offer paid maternity leave to its employees!
