Pros
They are great at training people. It's an ideal place to work if you don't have much experience and want to get your feet wet. If you do well and express interest, they will find a way to promote you as there are many different types of jobs.
Cons
A lot of top management has been there for years and hasn't realized that the company has grown and needs to change with the times. They promoted people who were successful when the company was small, they are no longer successful but they have a lot of influence.
