      They give junior team members substantive work experience early on

      Cons

      Relations between junior and senior employees are very tense. People do not seem to enjoy working there or feel any positivity towards the organization as a whole. Often described as typical toxic nonprofit environment.

      Friendly Coworkers Contacts with high level city employees Ample vacation time Healthcare and Pension Benefits

      Cons

      Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

      Plenty of employee benefits to opt into. Generous PTO. Trainings and tools for mental health awareness and self care.

      Cons

      Communication could be better I'm some instances. No clear progression for certain positions. Office politics/favoritism can jam up cultivating stronger workforce.
