Hopefully this isn't hurried by all the 5-star reviews that were all posted the same week...13+ in the span of a couple days? My truthful, experience - a bait and switch from start to finish: During onboarding, significant emphasis was placed on internal cultural norms and background, which was unexpected and not discussed during the interview process. As someone coming from outside that culture, I found it difficult to integrate, and communication with colleagues noticeably diminished over time. As an example, certain routine workplace interactions were restricted, including shared meals with leadership, which made relationship-building challenging. This highlighted a lack of transparency around cultural expectations for new hires. While leadership frequently stated that new ideas and feedback were welcome, detailed and constructive input was not acknowledged once provided. This pattern made it clear that openness was encouraged in principle but not supported in execution. A colleague frequently referenced a personality framework and openly described the organization as having a very uniform working style, while also acknowledging that my profile represented a different, more externally driven approach that had not previously existed on the team. I was hired with existing enterprise relationships and quickly introduced multiple active, high-value opportunities to the company. These introductions resulted in immediate traction, including executive-level meetings and a six-figure contract that occurred to save a flagship client from going with another vendor shortly after a co-founder was introduced through my relationship. Despite positive written feedback and acknowledgment of this momentum, I was unexpectedly terminated days later, without direct discussion from leadership. The timing and handling of this transition raised serious concerns about how external relationships and pipeline contributions from new hires are treated.
