Pros
1. Really smart and professional people. 2. Big company with upside mobility and strong business performance overall 3. Great Office view 4. Good benefit and 401k match
Cons
1. No WFH flexibility. It's pretty much team dependent but management never really think of WFH as a work option. 2. Pay is slightly below market 3. Overtime and turnovers 4. Used to have some free snacks and then they moved everything to vending machines where you have to pay for the snacks 5. relatively weak brand name compared to other big players in the industry
