We invest heavily in our part-time and seasonal workers, including their onboarding, orientation, compensation, training and development. Our starting wages are well above minimum wage. We regularly survey our staff, including our seasonal workers, and as of the most recent 2017 employee survey, the average ratings given by our seasonal workers are well above industry benchmarks, over "4" on a scale of 1-5.
