Pros

A few genuine employees that care for students. A couple good programs, but most are in watered down sectors that have been inundated with low quality, entry level candidates.

Cons

Management, management, management. Not a solid leader in the group since they have been successful in running the good ones off. Best campus level director they had in Phoenix has been gone for over a year now. Anyone that worked for MP will tell you exactly how great a leader he is. If this place were up for sale to avoid the imminent bankruptcy, I would have to believe that no one would bite, if someone does, replace everyone with a warm body and you will actually get results. ACICS is their accrediting agency and is doomed. (Google it) No innovation and complete operational malfeasance, starting all the way at the top.

Pros

Hybrid schedule is great I felt more productive at home.

Cons

There is a noticeable disconnect between leadership’s message about culture and the day-to-day experience of employees. While managers often speak about building a strong, supportive environment, the reality can feel highly micromanaged and overly critical. Instead of feeling empowered, employees often feel scrutinized and reduced to metrics. The focus is consistently placed on enrollment numbers rather than meaningful student relationships. Although the messaging emphasizes that it’s “about the students,” the pressure to enroll quickly — regardless of long-term fit — suggests that numbers ultimately take priority. Opportunities to genuinely connect with students or check in on their well-being are often discouraged if they don’t directly contribute to immediate enrollment outcomes. Additionally, expectations such as making 100+ calls daily, combined with limited lead flow and minimal marketing support, create a high-pressure environment that prioritizes quantity over quality. This approach can make it difficult to build authentic connections or feel aligned with the mission being communicated
