They highly encourage and teach managers how to effectively utilize their teams to allow for smooth flow of operations. It's not just YOUR job, everyone has a dedicated set of tasks to handle and follow through on, and they constantly remind manager's of this to reduce burnout from taking on the weight.
There's always someone in your corner, but they also demand excellence and will let you honestly and openly know where you're slipping, and how to improve. The constant feedback and the pressure behind it makes you want to excel even more. I wouldn't be able to do what I do now without them.
Them allowing you to be self sufficient in your role is unmatched by any other company I've experienced so far. I LOVE being self sufficient and they give you the access and permissions to do just that.
Lastly, they are at the forefront system wise. They step in to work with system user interfaces to ensure all operates as it should and develops/proposes ideas to be sure that we don't experience issues with processes that need to take place, or that we would like to take place. Best Entrata interface I've seen in the industry.
Cons
Burnout from maintenance issues is real. Depending upon your owner, you may or may not be able to tend to the true needs of the community with issues that can hinder community successes. (They still teach you very well how to overcome those though).
