Pros

Nice facility although it’s more than what the company needs. They rely a lot on people wanting to work in a brick and mortar building Coffee shop is good. Parking is usually good with enough spots. Walking breaks are encouraged. A lot of departments have good morale (not my experience, looking at you claims)

Cons

Holier than thou managers in claims. Terrible training. Basically zilch. PTO is a pain to request and rarely granted. Cliques are common and the managers/Sr Adjusters are part of them. Gossip and backstabbing are the norm. Pay is pathetic for what they want you to do. They only allow one work from home day a week. In 2023. When there’s no reason to be physically at the office. If you are younger than 30, realize that this company is resistant to change, hates when you bring up concerns and managers will find any reason at all to write you up. No Christmas Bonus from 2022. They hide behind their “religion” as an excuse to judge people who are different than them. I say “religion” because I am a Christian, but I am shocked at the toxic culture here that is a far cry than what they claim to be.
