Pros
The culture, the people, the ownership. Never seen a family so caring about their people the way they care. Throughout history such as hurricanes, recessions, and pandemics this family cares. The amount they do around the community is second to none.
Cons
Micro managing that creates a toxic environment. Many people are afraid to speak to owners or report problems for fear of retaliation. I believe the owners are unaware just how much this goes on or why so many have left because of a certain exec.
