Pros
Some great people to work with who actually care about you. Paid holidays, paid time off, easy to schedule time off. When you need help at least in my position there were others there with the knowledge and will to help me.
Cons
Difficult patients, very outdated facilities and thought processes. Some difficult staff members to work with. LOW pay for my position. NO raises. Mandatory call (required to work 32hrs straight) with NO overtime.
