The clients are nice and if you communicate well with them, they give positive feedback to your superiors.
Cons
No room for growth, management is horrible since they want you basically being a snitch about other employees since that means your loyal to the company, they pay horribly for all the workload they want to give you, and there is no HR to protect your rights as an employee.
