Mixed bag at Brown Emergency Medicine - Advanced Practice Provider Brown Physicians Employee Review

The schedule does not allow for a good work/life balance. Particularly those with children. Lots of switching between evenings and days with up to five days worked in a week. Mandatory rotating holidays with no additional compensation for holidays. No hours credit/pay for being on call, only compensated for call-in. Has been forced overtime due to staffing issues given relatively high turnover. Overtime is paid out quarterly rather than monthly.
