Bad Management - Quality Assurance Analyst Brown Precision Employee Review

The management at Brown changed around 2 years ago and it has gone downhill since. The current management has favorites who do no work and are allowed to get away with this. Long term employees are being targeted and fired. They are bringing in untrained people and running off or getting rid of the experienced employees. They have no regard for employee concerns or satisfaction. They appear to be targeting the older people at the business.
