So many crons please read all of them : 1. Worst work culture. 2. Toxic HR and management. 3. Very low salary still demand to work extra hours and sometime ask for 12 hours works. 4. Without giving any proper reason they will tell you to resign and don't give you time. 5. They just waste your time for 1 year and then tell you that you are no use for company so resign. 6. HR claims they have taken review of performance but if you ask your TL/Manager they will tell you that no one come for review meeting infact they will fire you and your manager don't know about that. 7. They will not provide you proper system to work if you ask for repair or new system their answer is "no". They claim they are IT company but not providing basic system to work so what kind of company it is. 8. Management think only for their profit for employee their is no growth and no future. 9. They strongly believe in senor junior partiality if you are junior you don't have right to speak or share your idea even you are not allow to give suggestions you only have to obey orders. 10. If you miss your deadline by just 1 day you will get email and meeting with HR manager regarding that task but if senor miss the deadline by 1 month still no action even no one will ask why you missed. 11. Their are no proper policy for employee. 12. Zero work life balance
