Pros
Great PTO, 401K match, and nice office space. Flexible working hours and decent systems on both the Recruitment and Finance side. Great culture and diversity.
Cons
Insurance no longer provided at no charge to employees. No set bonus structure. Commissions for Sales/Recruitment paid quarterly. No clear direction from senior management. Trains employees for their job duties and processes rather than for their professional development and future career path.
