Pros
Nice colleagues who are helpful and friendly. Management team does try to please employees with some flexi benefits, but not very consistent effort - only do enough to keep employees satisfied and not complain too much.
Cons
Poor management direction, mid-level management is too junior with poor leadership. Long-time employees are the ones keeping the operational works going, not they are not necessarily compensated/acknowledged for the contribution.
