The so called values they live by in particular 'humanocracy' are all a total facade. TS runs the place like a dictator, ruling out of fear not respect and if you dare question them you are scolded. They pretend to care about the front line staff but only when it suits them. They promise the world to get you motivated, then lie to you to keep you billing, but the reality is you are being used like a pawn to maximize their own profit share. This is a prime example of a cold, callous corporate machine that ONLY cares about the bottom line nothing else.
