I’ve been with the business for a few years now, and in that time, I’ve had some great career opportunities that have helped me grow and gain experiences I wouldn’t have found elsewhere. The team is full of good people who genuinely care about each other and want to see everyone succeed. It’s a supportive and encouraging environment that makes a big difference day to day. The senior management is the best I’ve worked for – they’re always there to guide and support us, helping us stay on track and grow in our roles.
Cons
Like any large business, tough decisions sometimes need to be made, and that’s a responsibility senior management has to bear. However, I’ve found that when those decisions arise, they’re always made with the best interest of the business as a whole in mind. Management is also very open to healthy and respectful discussions, and they’re accommodating when it comes to hearing different perspectives
