Working at Cucinelli was one of the worst experiences in my life. There is no way to move up, you’re paid basically nothing and expected to do the work of an entire team. There is 0 work life balance, you cannot eat or drink at your desk or other than lunch time. Employee were forced to go back to the office July 2020 with no regard for the ongoing pandemic, management watches employees on cameras during the day, no cell phone usage, required to dress on brand at all times. No summer fridays, no wfh flexibility, minimal PTO, management is pretty terrible too!
