Pros
Over my 7 years at Brunswick, the leadership continued to improve.
Cons
The rewards for meeting quarterly goals weren't great (ie t-shirts instead of cash, or a gas card!), especially considering the huge growth in the marine industry in the past several years. They definitely could have afforded a better show of appreciation.
