Brunswick is led by high integrity individuals. There is a commitment to the people of the company as well as doing the right thing even when it's hard.
Cons
The marine industry can be very cyclical which can cause significant swings in the business climate. There is a real focus on controlling costs which can sometimes lead to too few people to handle all of the work.
