Pros

Being a Spanish–English bilingual representative gives you a real edge: you bridge gaps, de-escalate faster, and connect with people on a human level across cultures. You’re adaptable, clear under pressure, and often trusted with more complex cases because communication is your superpower

Cons

Burnout can sneak in if boundaries aren’t protected.

Pros

It is stable, hire information is clear, you can get pay raise. No micromanagement

Cons

No cons, since they are clear with the info. It is just disappointing that now I know how much the firms pay and these outsourcing are taking more than a half of it and underpaying employees
