Amazing co-workers, intellectually challenging work, and very meaningful place to work!

I can't think of any.

Remote work, pay was okay.

Absolutely everything. At first, it seemed like a great place with a good culture but then it went downhill from there. No supportive structure, upper management seems very stand offish if you’re not constantly kissing up to them. Overall a very negative experience with little to no growth avenues.
