The company culture and environment is great to work in, everyone is driven, supportive and it feels easy to communicate with anyone from any area of the company, especially the CEO. There are also plenty of opportunities for personal development through various progression plans and schemes - everyone wants to continue to grow together as a team and a company.

Personally I don't mind that it is 100% work from home, but some people may be put off with not having the option to come into an office. We have daily calls and interact very often so you don't feel isolated at home, but it is still different to an office environment and some people may want to have this option.

Great to work for a company with such exciting business prospects. Strong leadership who listened and acted on requests, and a supportive team who were keen to help whenever needed. The small size of the company allowed for exposure to multiple sides of the company.

Remote work could feel isolating at times and due to COVID there were little social gatherings, although management tried to address this by organising mixed training and social sessions.
