Total joke of a company and leadership is abysmal. As a salesperson you are expected to sell services to artists even when you see them consistently not follow through on the services promised to artists. Management is constantly moving the goal post and when numbers should be met so you always feel like you are failing. Staff will receive no notice when hours are cut and are expected to take unpaid time off at the drop of a hat and NOT quit. lol The structure of this business is constantly changing and there are no clear job objectives. Many staff members constantly have their livelihoods threatened if they don't hit sales goals. Super micro manage-y toxic environment encouraged by leadership. Sales people are told what to say to make the sale, even if it means knowingly lying. The owners of this company do NOT care about their staff (turnover was a huge red flag when I joined, and should be to anyone else thinking about joining.) Booking staff has constant turnover as well....God knows what is happening in that department. They don't care about anything other than making a quick buck. After speaking with multiple previous employees to see if this behavior is consistent, this company makes a habit of treating staff like garbage....stay far away. You would have an easier time working for McDonald's.
