      Pros

      They used to be remote friendly, and if you are in NYC full time they have happy hours and team events. Decent pay for new grads.

      Cons

      They are no longer remote, you have to be based in NYC to even be considered which sucks if you know amazing referrals who want to stay remote. Their entire People team literally does not care about the people of the company. Very little interaction between the cofounders as well. I heard when the company was smaller there was more visibility but now there have been multiple exits and not sure why.

      People are fantastic. Interesting product and problems to solve. Mission is admirable. Impact is visible with a highly passionate user base.

      Some politics and disorganization internally, fluctuations + changes in direction
