Great people, job allows some independence during shift, regular management reviews, lots of extremely cute dogs, cool managers!

If you’re there in a season where they are short staffed you may have to close the store a lot which wasn’t my favorite. Also you have to work weekends so if you don’t like that it would be a con.

The job itself is great when it came to dog grooming and the co workers. I had trouble quitting because I loved the job so much, but at the end of the day we work to make money. I would recommend staying away from this company and growing your career somewhere else.

Do not work here unless you’re ok with not getting a paycheck on time. Owners have a bi weekly pay schedule but you will rarely get paid on time. And they won’t even answer your message or call to ask about getting paid unless you threaten not going to work.
